My Dream Car
Dear Friends, Its to too late to share a small information to all that I had an official trip to Malaysia for 3 days. Spent a good time and totally free from business calls. Since it was my first trip and that too by representing our institution in the Malaysia. Once landed in Malaysia, I was excited by seeing the Kualalumpur Airport infrastructure. The travel agents welcomed us and they took us to the hotel in Elanka. Its great to see the high raise buildings, Little India in the middle of Malaysia, clean roads, pollution free environment and particularly I was impressed to hear Tamil FM which relays the latest events happening in India.   Malay is the most speaking launguage, followed by Tamil, Hindi. Visited Murugan Temple, Batu Caves which was constructed by Tamilan Mr. Thamboosamy Pillai an Indian trader. It was very huge Murugan Idol which is highly notable from the surrounding places. Visited places like Cocoa Boutique chocolate retail shop, Royal Selengor and Bright way holdings located in Malaysia. Enjoyed south Indian foods and had a tough time while having dinner near my hotel where I stayed. Cars and bikes are amazing. In buses there is no conductors where the passengers will drop money in the drop box and they will travel in the bus which was a pretty miracle for me to see this practice. The best part of Malaysia is Twin Towers and watching that place during night will be plus. War Memorial is a nice place and worth to watch that place. It was a good architecture who had designed that place where I took lot of photographs. Spent a good time in Malaysia and reached our country in the third day.. Moments are memorable and it was a productive trip with jam packed schedule. Think... once again I will get an opportunity to visit this country. Lets see..

Dear Friends,

SVS Annual Day celebrated on May 2, 2013 evening in SVS Campus. More than 15 lakhs cash awards is given for students and staff for their achievements for the academic year 2012-2013.  I also received a cash award from our Mr. Chandrasekeran, Chairman of the board, SVS Educational Institutions, Coimbatore. This is the third time I am receiving this award continuously for the last three years. In first year, I received a gold a coin for making SVS job fair 2 K 11 a grand success, received cash award for working for SVS job fair 2 K 12 and received a cash award for contributing my work force for the success of SVS job fair 2 K 13 a grant success. SVS gives a great opportunity for hard workers to perform and some times to smart workers to progress. But both of them will be recognized in this annual day. Life teaches us many things and we need to have a positive thoughts and work without expectation. I sincerely thank SVS for recognizing the teaching and non teaching staff from the year when this institution is established. Once again thank you SVS for keeping me in mind and will serve you better in all the days to come, like how I served for the last three years. I don't know how long my journey will be with SVS, but my respect will be there always towards this institution till I die because my work was recognized here than my previous employers. A Good employee doesn't expect anything from his employer apart from job recognition. Job recognition is the best tonic of motivation for employee to scale up great heights.

Thank you!

MDP Programme @ PSGIM

Dear Friends,

Its long time to blog due to my neck deep schedule in regard to admissions. This is the second year for me to handle admission for SVS Educational Institutions. In the middle of the schedule, I received an opportunity to  attend MDP programme on Communication in PSG Institute of Management Studies, Coimbatore. This is the first time I visited PSGIM and saw the facilities and service offered by them for the betterment of student and staff fraternity. Its a two day session about communication and skill development and the session was handled by Prof. Gayathri of PSGIM. Since communication is a simple and basic topic the session includes some important information's with management games which gave us a great break to polish and learn new aspects in communication. The session comprised of corporate leaders, research scholars and some academicians from schools and colleges. We all enjoyed the session and we came to know that PSGIM is organizing regular work shop for people who have a deep thirst for learning. And its a great moment for me when I saw my professor Ms. Manju Suresh who is working there as a faculty there. She was my professor when I did my graduation in CMS IMS. Its always a great enjoyment when we see our professor after a long time when we are in the same profession. But she cant recollect at the moment but I said hi and how are you.. Its a great moment. I look forward to participate in more conferences like this because we shall surely improve our qualities like network, learning skills and many more...

Thanks! Shyam
