Dear Recruiters /Jobseekers,

Our job market in India is brisk now. There are lot of requirements in the areas of Sales, IT, Retail, Manufacturing sectors. The only challenge is the job seekers should have the skills sets to equip themselves by understanding the dynamics of the business cycle. Job seekers should have the passion to learn more from the employer and along with that they should have the attitude of sincerity and honesty towards the organisation in order grow along with the employers minimum of two years from the date of joining.

In general, employers expect only two things from any prospective employee that is

1. They should be reasonably good enough in terms of content related to the business.

2. Whether the employee will adopt the business environment and have the ability to deliver the work force with hi end professionalism.

First, the job seekers should know how to search jobs. Where and how quick they need to get an offer from a recognized employer. And they need to know how many job portals can give them reliable information about the requirements. And apart from this the job seeker should not stop once his resume is sent to the employer and after sending his CV he need to follow up the concerned recruiter to take it forward.

Second the recruiters should identify the job portal and post the job requirements in free job posting sites in order to tap the right talents in a quick run.

Recently I visited a job portal called http://www.rightprofiles.com/ and its job postings are pretty relevant. Recruiters can post their job for free and get in touch with the team to get a suitable resumes in a quick run. Active job seekers can also visit this site and aware about if any job postings are posted and check whether your profile is matching with that posting.

Frequent visit to this particular site will help you to settle down in a quick run. The objective of any job portal is to get good number of visitors and they should get benefited. Lets be focused and try to inform about this site to your friends, relatives and neighbors.

Dear All,

This is my brother in laws second son and his name is Mr. Dhanvanthri. Soft, sweet and always smiling at me when I take him off. I use to hold his hands and keep him in my shoulders and enjoy the smiles and walk for miles. I wont no how time goes and I dont want to calculate that.

whenever I go to his house he will come and sit near me. These moments are memorable in my life.

I am just sharing this experience to all of you.

REWARD - Postal Training

Its a pleasure to inform you that I was a gifted a small gift by post masters during my postal training session. Its a great gift in my life from senior members who was given training for a day in the area of motivation, time management and what life is...

There is no joy for a person whose work is recognised and rewarded in one shot. The cost of the gift may be low were the value of that gift given by well experienced govt employees made myself to shed my tears with joy. More than 100 students participated in yesterday campus recruitment at SVS Educational institutions conducted by HCL learning. 6 students got placed from SVS IMS and overall they selected 20 students in Coimbatore through this campus hiring process.

I am happy to inform this and wish all the selected candidates a good luck!

Dear Friends,

Today is a memorable day for me. Yes, some weeks back I got a call from " The Hindu" and they asked me about the teaching styles adopted by Management Faculties in B schools. I spoke to them for half an hour about the teaching styles and how to inspre students, how to make the student to concentrate continuously for an hour. Today every student is valuable and I need to reach the following subjects like team building, stress management, employee engagement etc through movies as well. My students felt quite comfortable and gave a positive feedbacks about this method of teaching. I just explained the same to them and finally they recorded and released an article on April 17, 2011 (sunday).

" There is no joy than anything else, when you get appreciation & recognition for doing a specific task at your work place".

SVS Campus Trip to Southern belt in Tamilnadu

Hi folks,

Back to desk after a long break of 3 - 4 weeks of Campus tour to hunt admissions for MBA and MCA. Enjoyed the campus tour to Madurai, Theni, Kanyakumari, Nagerkovil, Kollam, Kottayam, Trivandrum, Virudhunagar, Sivakasi, Tirunelveli. Experienced diffrent types of food and by seeing diffrent people and visited almost colleges in southern belt.

After finishing that we returned home safe and we had lot of fun during this travel. Myself, our PRO, Senthil , Sounder from MCA and Sathyaraj who sleeps while driving and make others busy which made this tour a thrilling event. We enjoyed this admission campaign and by the way we enjoyed by having the conversation with Sathyaraj. Since he is not that much matured and doesnt know the consquences of each and every conversation he made at the time of driving. The trip was memorable and made us to work with full energy. Lets hope for the good result. Our southern belt is really good and those places are totally greeny. People are friendly and we had good exposure of moving with erudite acadmicians who worked as principals in all educational institutions. And we are quite surprise to see the students and how the respect their teachers with a welcoming smile when they see them first in the morning. All this made us great pleasure and hope this will be a memorable campus trip for this team while working for this SVS Group.

SVS JOB FAIR 2 K 11 - Press Meet & Poster Release

Friends,
With full swing and energy, we are accelerating our ground work to proceed towards the success of our Job Fair 2 k 11. We released an official press meet to begin with a great start which gave much great response with result of the job seekers resumes which flooded my mail box in the last two days. My mobile is banging all the time due to continous calls by the job seekers. Our functional team started working on forming commitee which will go all over Tamilnadu and Kerala to collect the databases of passed out candidates.
On part and parcel of this work we also met our Coimbatore Commisioner Dr. C. Sylendrababu who released our Job Fair Poster to the press yesterday which helps this event to get more weightage. And now we are process of selection of Cheif Guest. I took one more major attempt in that part and may the Angle of Nature will help me to achieve the same in a day ot two. Lets see..
