According to Aerodynamic laws, the bumblebee cannot fly. Its body weight is not in right proportion to its wingspan. Ignoring all this laws, the bee flies anyway... that means a person who have lot of passion to acheive his dreams can achieve it before his life time ends. In current scenerio, every individual should work hard to make things happen without expecting anything from others. If that is there he will be leader and he can lead any number of followers by giving them good knowledge. Individual should have a strong fire on their belly to make his dream should come true. This is attained with the elements like sense of responsiblity, patience, clarity in vision, sense of humor, professional approach. There is no substitute for hard work.
