Trip to Delhi & Noida

My first personal & peacefull visit to Delhi & Noida is for attending a great function in our family. Ms Sri Suda Priya born on Feb 17, 2012 is a daughter of Mr. Sivasankar and Ms. Bhuvana my brother in law and my sister. Its a great enjoyment for me to travel in Spice Jet and flied through Mumbai and reached Delhi. Its a great hospitality provided by airhostess and they are pretty good looking as well. While travelling we had Veg manchurian and a coffee which was highly delicious. We are quite afraid while we are landing at Delhi. There is no partiality for any passengers, all passengers are welcomed by the Airhostess by wishing welcome sir, hi, hello etc and at the time of leaving the flight all passengers are said thank you by the crew members which was quite surprising for me since its my first flight for my life time. I was pretty surprised that we are living in a country were there are more number of people travel by flight very causually. Diffrent type of people, dress code, their body launguage gave us a diffrent exposure while travelling. While travelling we also enjoyed reading Spice jet travel magazine which contains many tourism info, menu and services offered by Spice and also some advertisements etc., After getting landed in Indira Ghandhi National Airport my brother in law Mr. Selvam received us and we are surprised to see the Indira Ghandhi National Airport, Domestic Terminal, New Delhi. Its a huge bulding, well furnished interiors, tightly packed up with security guards, centralised air conditioned including lavatories. We saw a huge taxi wallas were waiting and it is a prepaid system to streamline the crowd. We took a taxi to Noida (Sector D-51). While we are going all vehicles are running like fourmula one. Metal roads stress the drivers to press the acclerators in full swing. Clear cut signals, widened roads, lot of trees in road side to minimize pollution all these gave us a pleasent journey. We enjoyed the whole 28 kilometer from Airport. While entering inside Sector D-51 we were shocked to see there are more four wheelers. Every house have minimum a car and maximum two cars. We thought Noida is a huge potential area.
Akshardam - One of the best temple I visited in my life time is Akshardam. The temple was constructed in a large area and style of construction is awesome. Very huge Satyanarayana idol is kept and its sourrounding was done with magnificent interiors. Think it was builded for more than 5 years. We enjoyed the plants which was planted in the corners of the compound and all the crowds were checked properly and people are not allowed to take cell phones, purses, cameras etc., the people should go through a strict frisking task only people are allowed to enter inside the temple. Hindus, Christians, Muslims and people from other religion also visited this temple since it also attracts more tourist from abroad also. Well equipped canteen is inside to serve the needs of the people and childrens who are visiting this temple. We went and saw the movie and drammas done by robo's (dramma related to the story of Swami Satyanarayana). After visiting all those stories we went a boar riding inside the temple and it was mind blowing. They spent lavishly for this boat riding which explains the diffrent people and their professional practice in ancient times like cobblers, jewellers, astrologers, doctors, engieners and many professionals. It took more than 20 mins to reach the place were we started. During that boat ride, light settings was really good. After that we enjoyed one more creative show called water show. A group of people who sits (Square shape) to watch the water show which will happen in the middle of the temple. Diffrent colours, water will push up and come back to its orginal place. The water will be bumped upwards and simutaneusly some lights in the bottom will blink while the water will get changed in variety of colours which gives a great attraction since its a night time. More than half an hour this water show will go on. We enjoyed the show very much. People who really wanted to visit a holy place with a good entertainment they can visit Akshardam.
On next day afternoon, we visited a good mall which is located in the heart of the city named Great India Place. Were there are lot of youth people and old people in youth dress were roaming inside this mall. Mall is really bright and lot of shops were there. In front of the mall, there were huge space were the couples and college students (lovers) were spending their time which attracts the people while they are entering the mall. All type of shops were there like Life style, Pantaloon, Baskin & Robbins, food court in the top floor, white good stores, mobile shops, blackberry showroom etc., Along with these shops there is a parlour Healing Touch was also located in this mall. Were there ladies with tight t shirt and jeans were sitting inside with welcoming smile to attract the men & women crowd which gives a diffrent feel which make everyone to act diffrent. Huge car parking & bike parking evening lazy climate made us to remember those moments memorable.
After visiting Great India Place, we visited Spice Mall one of the noted place in Noida. We enjoyed a great time and left Delhi and landed safe in Coimbatore on March 19, 2012.

Nanban - Awesome Message. Hatts off to Director Shankar

Kollywood (Tamil Cinema), India's second largest flim industry in terms of flim production and distribution both national and global flim space. Every week more than 5 flims are getting released and todays customers expects a lot from Kollywood movies. Flim reviews, blog reviews, general views about the flim, Channel ratings, newspaper ratings and many more combined togather which helps the movie maker to analyse the movie is a hit or flop. Even though the movies are given with mega budget, or good star cast the result from the public is given in a day or two. There are lot of movies with good star cast, well funded producers, with great music and songs, and some times good concept are packed together had flopped due to some reasons. There are some movies even though it is re maked from other launguages and release those flim with hi level concentration becomes a great success. Recently, NANBAN hit silver screen and gained millions of hearts in Cini space. Parents who wanted to push their children to become doctor / engineer etc., they are advised to see this movie. An Universal truth (what you like to do with involvement, pl do it. If not, please dont do that work if your heart is not permitting) is explained in this movie in a accepting way by all age groups. Vijay, Jeeva, Srikanth and Illiena acted well and each character is lovable and enjoyable. For the first time shankar is directing a movie as a remake of hindhi movie 3 idiots. Comedy, songs, dance is the added weightage of the story.

In my personal experience this movie is great one for me. My dad scolded me when I wanted to become a professor. I was pushed to work in a industry were I did my work just for others. After taking a bold decision by shifting my career from industry to professor i achieved more when compared to achievements I did in the last 8 years in Human Resources. By seeing this movie only I justified that why I am excelling in my profession (as a professor) because I did each and every work in SVS Educational Institutions with high level involvement and with a strong committment in order to deliver things on place but not for others but for my self. This took me a great heights in this institution in a short span of time. Joined in 2010 as Senior lecturer. Gradually promoted as Placement Officer and now taking care of Placements and Admissions and designated as Public Relations Officer. This happened because I did work honestly for my heart and done duties for the betterment of my students. Blessings of my well wishers, wishes of my students helped the Almighty to think of me and gave hands to me which lifted me to a creamy layer of our educational institutions. Hope everyone of us can follow this message given in this Movie NANBAN. I didnt watch three idiots in Hindhi but if Shankar didnt direct this NANBAN today , I wouldnt have oppurtunity to think about this. Anyway, Thanks to Director Shankar and may the Nature goddess bless him to give this time of excellent movies for the betterment of society.

Brookefields - Fame of Coimbatore

Coimbatore one of the upcoming entertainment hub particularly for youths. Think, the first entertainment place in Coimbatore is Brookefields Mall. Looking back 8 years from today,I remember this mall construction happenning with continous hard work with strong commitment. There are more than 100 shops by providing 24/7 cam support, entertainment, road shows, cinema, shopping spots, aquatic spa, jewellery shops, mobile showrooms and more. Whenever if we our heads are filled up with business pressure we shall go here and get some relaxation by seeing diffrent type of people. People from outstation, college students, new couples, oldies, youths, childrens will come here and spend their time. Status crowd will do shopping, stepping crowd will do window shopping. youths eyes will be busy, parents eyes will be watching this miraclous infra. Entire coimbatore faces a great experience because of this mall. Food court, retail giants like Spar, lifestyle, Max, Pantaloons, KFC, Wangs Kitchen, Soch, are established their base in Coimbatore first in Coimbatore. Hence forth there will be toughest time for the local players in coimbatore because of new entrants through this brookefields. The entry of this brookefields created a great awareness of Coimbatorians, that Kongu belt's standard of living is increased a lot. Three more mals are coming up in full swing and let see what is their style of approach to attract the status crowd. There will be a great competetion in this mal segment from this year onwards. Hope people from Coimbatore will face a great time in all the days to come.

Exam Season in Tamilnadu

We all know Feb, March is important time for every student. Parents will push their sons / daughters to work hard to get better results. But now it is a great challenge for all students who are going to attend their exams. students are also experiencing a candle light dinner during this exam time due to massive power cut in Tamilnadu. But still teachers, parents, students all are working together to prove their worth in their forthcoming examinations. No games, no TV, no fun, no outings, no picnics but only study, study study this will be the mantra for all students since they are going to face their exams. Particulary parents who are having sons / daughters who are doing their 12th standard, started to get clear ideas from their friends, neighbours, well wishers etc., where they can get admission at competetive cost along with qualitative eduation. Good parents will start visiting colleges to get an insight of infrastructure, placement assistance, students strength, facilities offerred etc., but great parents will identify the training facilities provided by the institutions, travel exposure given to the students, availablity of experienced faculty and their teaching methodology, and also check passed out students feedback about the institution. A Satisfied passed out student is the best brand icon for an educational institution. Lets cheer up and have a great hope on our childrens to come up successfuly in their life. God bless them by giving them the best result as per their hardwork they invested.

Job Market

Dear Recruiters /Jobseekers,

Our job market in India is brisk now. There are lot of requirements in the areas of Sales, IT, Retail, Manufacturing sectors. The only challenge is the job seekers should have the skills sets to equip themselves by understanding the dynamics of the business cycle. Job seekers should have the passion to learn more from the employer and along with that they should have the attitude of sincerity and honesty towards the organisation in order grow along with the employers minimum of two years from the date of joining.

In general, employers expect only two things from any prospective employee that is

1. They should be reasonably good enough in terms of content related to the business.
2. Whether the employee will adopt the business environment and have the ability to deliver the work force with hi end professionalism.

First, the job seekers should know how to search jobs. Where and how quick they need to get an offer from a recognized employer. And they need to know how many job portals can give them reliable information about the requirements. And apart from this the job seeker should not stop once his resume is sent to the employer and after sending his CV he need to follow up the concerned recruiter to take it forward.

Second the recruiters should identify the job portal and post the job requirements in free job posting sites in order to tap the right talents in a quick run.

Recently I visited a job portal called http://www.rightprofiles.com/ and its job postings are pretty relevant. Recruiters can post their job for free and get in touch with the team to get a suitable resumes in a quick run. Active job seekers can also visit this site and aware about if any job postings are posted and check whether your profile is matching with that posting.

Frequent visit to this particular site will help you to settle down in a quick run. The objective of any job portal is to get good number of visitors and they should get benefited. Lets be focused and try to inform about this site to your friends, relatives and neighbors.

Happy learning!

Thanks / Shyam
