Vanakkam Phuket

Dear All,

Visited Phuket. Enjoyed much in Big Buddha Temple and prayed well. Cant explain the joy in Banglow road and visited few night clubs. Society is so friendly. We stayed at PJ Patang hotel. WE are pretty lucky that we had tasty Indian Food both veg and non veg in Indian Curry Club located just before Banglow road junction. The best part of Phuket is King. People love the King more than their parents. We didn't see any political party or celebrity posters in roads. We saw a women wearing a tattoo "Long live the King". Secondly, need to appreciate the Singapore Airport, the airport was so busy but the authorities are good in coordination among visitors and the place was so clean and tidy. Phuket is a good place for Leisure. Enjoyed!

A small happiness happened today. Yes! long awaited dream I phone 5s reached me today morning. Thanks to my brother Ponmeena Shankar. He purchased from US and send it through his friend Prabhu Rajendran. I was dreaming to purchase this phone for the last one year now I achieved. Thank you Universe for making it happen.  Time to thank to my brother Ponmeena Shankar because he is so younger to me but I always treat him as more than a friend and a guide for my life. I wish almighty will bless you with peace, prosperity, success and happiness. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Hi Everyone,

Oops... very tired... continues neck deep schedule with admission work and that too this year handling admission for Engineering and Architecture by overcoming  tough challenges gave a good confidence level to gear up my career to the next level. The most exciting thing in this admission 2014 is, got an opportunity to meet 100+ students who scored 190 cutt off and above and out of this we converted 34 students (180 and above) to get admitted in our college this year. Since its a 5 year old institution its difficult to attract this student segment since our team had worked well and given the best for our students is the real fact for the success. In the beginning it was pretty hectic for us to start with too much of pressures from our senior officials and some how managed the show and concluded the campaign with a good number. But this time I lost my work life balance and didn't spend much time with my family. My team also supported me most when compared to my previous admission campaigns which is a plus. Thanks to my team, family members, friends, media and my boss for understanding my situation. Of course, crossed some tough times in this admission but didn't give up and worked with same sprite with a vision of making my team happy. This is the time to thank my SVS which gave me a strong platform for me to grow in all angles. Will be sincere and this employer will always stay close to my heart forever and ever... Long live the fame and wish this institution should groom and give more professionals for the society betterment. Feeling great! started working for the next schedule. See you soon!

Dreams - Visualized earlier and Materialized now... Felt Great!

Have been invited to speak about "Tips for Closing Sales for BDO's in LIC India - Unit Meet scheduled in Metro Park Inn, Coimbatore on Feb 16, 2014 and addressed 52 BDO's. Its a great moment because this is the first invite for me as a CHIEF GUEST. The module I covered is positive attitude, communication, tips to approach the customer without any expectation, how to serve the customer with additional mileage, how to attract money and how to taste the happiness of life. Followed by the session it was a productive FAQ session with group where it was a great experience for me to improve my learning curve. Felt great while addressing the BDO's of mixed age group and enjoyed the joy of learning and sharing. First time in my life, received complements from senior age group who participated in the function. All those complements is dedicated to my Dad. Felt excited for the whole day...

Thanks to my friend Rajesh Apr, Business Development Manager, LIC, Thanks to Mr. Mathiyalagan, Regional Business Development Manager and team and Thanks to LIC for giving this chance. Welcome 2014!

Dear All,


Had a great New Year 2013 and learnt lot of things and faced many challenges professionally and cleared it successfully.  Appraisals, new purchases and gained lot of knowledge and learnt greatest books like Think and Grow Rich by Nepoleon Hill and The Magic which was a great gift given by my friend Mr. Ponkarthick. Daily evening we use to have lot of discussion and now my life had transformed a lot. This is the hall mark of this year 2013. Goal setting of 2014 we planned and we started working for it. Let the Almighty gives me the courage and will power to face life in such a way were I can achieve my targets systematically.  Started new venture Shyam Foundation and done two projects successfully for the betterment of the public. Released the second issue of my journal IAJME and one more issue is yet to be released in the last week of December 2013. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you 2013 for all you gave and I enjoyed the peace, prosperity, good health and happiness. The best part is I also found a great friend in my life and sincerely hope that relationship will come with me in a long run.
